TRANSFORMATION MODELS

The Cultural Transformation Tools® "assessment instruments" are based on models for the Seven Levels of Personal Consciousness, Leadership Consciousness and Organizational Consciousness, respectively; and the model also includes a Balanced Needs Scorecard.

 

The "Seven Levels of Consciousness" model is an adaptation and extension of Maslow's "Hierarchy of Human Needs". A full account of the development of the Seven Levels of Consciousness model can be found in Richard Barrett's best-selling book, Liberating the Corporate Soul: Building a Visionary Organization.

 

The Balanced Needs Scorecard model is an adaptation and extension of Kaplan and Norton's Balanced Scorecard. It contains both a Corporate Culture and a Society and Community Contribution category.

 

The Balanced Needs Scorecard is used in the Individual, Team and Corporate Culture Assessments to provide a diagnostic of the business focus of the Current and Desired Cultures of the organization.
